I've figured out how they've been scamming me for so long. EVERYONE CHECK YOUR BILLS!

Pointing this out to them has started to get me somewhere. They are billing more than one month of calls in every month's statement.

Because we don't get bills, and when we do, they aren't detailed, they figured we'd never notice! Let me give you an example... My statement for 10/17/01, which states that it bills from 7/20/01-8/19/01 provides a detailed call list.

The calls billed begin on 7/11/01 and end on 8/18/01. This is another NINE DAYS (7/11/01-7/20/01) of calls that they have taken off of a month of airtime credit. (And an additional 70 minutes of calls!)

This put me over my 150 minutes for the month. Of course it did, they counted calls for a month and a week. EVERY ONE OF MY STATEMENTS IS LIKE THIS!

I called customer service last week and the guy just started studdering... He basically called me a liar and then said that they can't access my statements and I would have to pay them to get them. You can guess my response to this!

Needless to say, he's requesting all of my statements and will figure out month by month how much they have over billed me. I gave him a week to do it, or I told him that I would get my lawyer to file the charges for fraud.

I couldn't ever prove fraud until they sent my detailed statements.

I finally got them and can prove my case now... MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR DETAILED STATEMENTS!!!
