Ripoff never ordered anything from Sprint sent package and bill

Below describe my problem the SPRINT PCS. This is what I sent them:

Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX and I am writing on behalf of my mom, YYYY due to lack of English. I am her daughter. She received a package she never order at the beginning of April. She doesn't know how to order anything and have never order anything nor she have any services with Sprint PCS before. I've called all of the number that appeared on the Sales Receipt and have been put on hold forever. I called on 4/6/06 and talked to Alex dept. # 11025. The last four social security on the system didn't match my mom's. Before transfering me to the cancellation dept., he assured me that my mother would not be charge for anything. Plus why would she be charge for something she didn't order? I was transfer to the cancellation department and talked to Michelle who gave us two options, 1) take the package to a Sprint store to have it check and they'll take care of it 2) take it back to FedEx to return and that there would be no shipping/handling charge. On 4/7/06 I went with my mom to a Sprint store located on 9120 N. Green Bay Rd.in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. The people there could not help us. After a while of disputing, he had us on the phone with a Sprint customer named Allison dept. # apb8181. She too send us to the cancellation department. I talked to Stephanie from the cancellation department. I explained the situation to her, but she ignored me and wanted to talk to YYYY. I told her YYYY did not speak English that's why she have me call. Stephanie said she wouldn't cancel the account and for us to go to a Sprint store to have someone there help us out. I told her that we ARE at the Sprint store and we're calling her from their phone INSIDE the Sprint store. I told her we've already dispute with them, they said they couldn't help us so they had us talk to her. She ignore me and kept repeating the same thing over, for us to go to a Sprint store and have someone there help us. My mom got on the phone with her. She said the best she could in easy English that she was YYYY, she doesn't speak English and she did not order anything from Sprint PCS, for Stephanie to cancel the account or else she'll take Stephanie and Sprint to the General Attorney. She also state that she didn't speak English and she gave permission for me, XXXX XXXX, to call and have them cancel the account. Then Stephanie just hung up on YYYY.

This is fraud, this is also ripping off. I tried talking to your people, but seems like they're no good at customer service. YYYY never order anything. The social security doesn't match. This is the fourth time trying to get this account close. Is it because Sprint can't get customers then Sprint goes onto this making up accounts and sending them out and ripping people off? We have other things to do and by doing this, it is wasting our time disputing on something YYYY never order. Before I send this company to the Attorney General, get this account close. YYYY should not be charge for anything because this is something she did not order. It is Sprint's mistake so Sprint must take responsibilities for any charge or cost.
