After buying 2 cell phones from them with 4 promised rebates totaling 300$, I you get a list of stringent things you have to do to qualify for the rebate with only a short window of time 6 months in the future.
I send everything in in a timely manner, including a copy of a current phone bill, and these guys send me a postcard stating my rebate is rejected because there was no date on the phone bill. Have you ever seen a phone bill without the date on the front page? Liars, just trying to scam people. I send them an e-mail and they tell me to send the stuff in again by mail or fax.
They have no human to contact about rebate status; I called a number on my invoice and pressed different automated options until I got a person named Krishandu Banerjee. He rereads me the email they sent me, which is really helpful, because obviously I didn't read it the first time or I lack the capacity to read. He tells me I didn't send the date on my phone bill, again the same garbage.
I offer to email it to him, he tells me he is the wrong department, that he is in customer service. Obviously I am not a customer either. He gives me a number to the "rebate department" and when I call them, it is just an automated recording telling me that my claim was denied. You can't talk to a person at all. Hey thanks Krishandu! You were extremely helpful!
Anyway, I am faxing this bill to them to them again so they can say they didn't get it again. My advice is:
dont order from cellular choices! They won"t give you your rebate!
