I was observing the prices of Panasonic Lumix fz30k for about 2 weeks from everyprice.com. One of the stores that has lower price is oneclickdigital.com. I watch the price went lowered from 399 to 375 for two days (March 27-29).
Today, I decided to buy it and used my credit card. The site guides you to fill up the info. Confirmation of order was sent by them after i clicked purchase button.
As i see my mails at night, I just recieved a message from them they can't meet the deal. And they are can't sent me the item and they are not charging my card.
Obvious, there is fraud in there actions since they keep lowering the price which they hook people to gather credit card info. The action of lowering the price suggest that they are manipulating the market and fooling people.
I have all communications with me. Anybody is interested of suing this guys for unfair business practice, will have my support. Let's not tolerate this bs businesses to flourish.
