I initially placed the order online for a JVC GR-D370 Mini DV Camcorder at www.bwayphoto.com. The listed price was $287.00 Plus $14.99 for shipping and handling. Then I received an e-mail to contact the company at 1-800-307-1148 extension 265 to confirm my order. When I contacted the company, the salesperson tried pushing batteries, carrying cases, and all the non-sense he could have got out of his mouth. He utilized a very pushing, inappropriate, and unprofessional persuasive tactic. I replied NO THANKS; I do not need anything else with the camcorder. Then he said that the camcorder does not come with a battery or any warranty. When the camcorder arrived, they charged me $339.00. When I tried contacting the company they were giving me the runaround and when I finally got to talk with someone on ext. 257, he said that I ordered the camcorder with a batter (the battery that came with the camcorder was the same one JVC sell it with. It was then too late. I realized they rip me off. When I asked to talk to the person in charge, the person on ext. 257 said that he was in charge and decided to hand up on me when I demanded an explanation.
