I purchased a camera from nowinc thru ebay. They advertise a 30 warrantee from them and a 1 year thru the camera company. Well i didnt use the camera for quite a few months but when i did it didnt work. So since it was past 30 days i figured i would try the company. Well they included a paper that states the year warranty but dont included any information to get in touch with them. No phone# and no address. So i keep calling nowinc customer service and keep getting a personal voicemail. After several trys i still havent recieved a return call. My year will be up in 3 weeks.
