I bought a Kodak Z612 Camera and was told they would give me a free $50.00 Camera Case when I srpung for the $149.00 Super High Capacity Battery and paid $119.00 for it! They sent me a $59.00 battery instead! When I called the same man answered that I had spoken to when I placed the order! He denied it was him and I was told to call back the following day to customer seervice. When I called they tried to tell me the battery was defective and said they would replace it if I sent the other back! I told them I had cross refferenced the battery and it was a standard replacement for the exact same battery that came with the camera! I have yet to here from them so I am out $119.00 and actually paid for the case with the total cost being a grand total of $339.00 that was supposed to includ the following items and also no itemized prices on the receipt!
