I went to boww down auto sound in costa mesa to get an alarm installed. I wanted roll-up windows, door locks and my trunk to open with my remote.
Some arabian guy with a shaved head in his late 20's early 30's told me no problem, but i had to get a better alarm with auxilaris, i said "cool".
The next day i got it installed and there was a different guy. Young with a shaved head. He told me to show him receipt so i did, i went and told installer (afro-american) that one of my windows did not work so not to worry about it, he said fine.
When i came to pick up my car the alarm was installed but no roll-up windows and no power locks. The guy told me that when i took my car in it was already messed up and called me a f en liar.
I told him when i brought it in it was working fine, he started yelling at me and cussed me out in front of another customer.
Now i had to take out my dvd player out of my car and all of my personnal belongings because my passenger window is all the way down and cannot close it, also my back window is half way open.
My seats don't move back or forward, my steering wheel does not go up or down because i think they burned out my computer in my car that controls all that.
PLEASE for the love of god if anybody reads this do not go there, you will regret it. You are better off buying your stuff at the swap meet or looking for it in the trash because tha is what there stuff is worth...
