Ripoff fraudulent billing, wont give me any info

I noticed on my bank statement 4 charges from Sprint. I haven't had Sprint service in my name in a number of yrs and these were not small charges. They added up to $850.00. I called Sprint and wouldn't you know it they can't find out any info about these charges.

I have disputed these with my Bank but I just dont get how they have apparently no searching methods???
