I place my order on december 31st of 2005 knowing the item was on backorder until the 4th of january. The 4th came and went and it still hadn't been delivered. I found out at that time that they have no phone number anywhere on the website. All they have is a system to log a ticket. I have logged about 3 or 4 tickets now and they keep giving me the same response: it will here early next week..., it will be here later this week..., ect. I currently have a ticket logged going on 4 plus days without a response. When i called my credit card to get my money back they were able to give me a number to call to get the charge reversed. When i call the number is some guy's voicemail and it is full so i can't even leave a message.
