My $800 30" Advent HD Tv stopped working nearly 1 month ago, for no apparent reason. All I can see is a bright horizontal line across the screen. No sound, no picture, nothing.
I called the warranty support #, and they told me they would locate a repair facility and call me back, they never did. I have called them repeatedly, and if I am lucky enough to get an actual person they tell me the same story over and over. They always promise to call and never do. There are no service centers to take my television to in my area that are alowed to do warranty work.
Needless to say I have become extremely frustrated. Advent has HORRIBLE customer support. Most of the time they leave you on eternal hold, if they pick up the phone at all.
If they cannot find someone to fix my tv I want a replacement or a refund! I had no complaints before it broke, it is a great product. But it is less than a year old! It is now just a large chunk of plastic and glass taking up my living room.
I'm pleading with any Advent employee, please help me!
