On Dec. 5 I ordered a mini-ipod from GoIpods.com. Received a confirming email saying order had been shipped Dec. 5. Rec'd another email saying order had been credited and reshipped on Dec. 8.
As of Dec. 19 no merchandise has been received and company is unreachable. I have sent emails; called the toll free number; and called the direct number listed on the internet site. There has not been any more correspondance from the company. The phone numbers, when they are answered, have a recording stating "thank you for calling" and then the call is disconnected.
Any time I have tried to track the shipment I have been unable to with the information the company provided in their email.
Two charges and one credit have appeared on my credit card bill. I am disputing the charges since merchandise has never been received.
