After ordering the items, I was called on a Sunday and was sold "upgraded" equipment. Most of the items charged for were included with the original factory equipment.
That same day I attempted to cancel the order because after reconsidering, it didn't make sense to me. I was told the order was already sent out for shipping.
I was given an extension number to call to cancel the order, but they were closed until 11:00AM Monday Eastern time. When I was finally able to contact them they told me the item had already been shipped. I was unable to cancel the order at that time also.
When the order arrived, I found it was not at all as expected. I called for an RMA number and was sent back to the sales person (Nick) who tried to resell me the order.
After finally attaining the RMA number I was told that I had to pay their inflated shipping charges ($93.44) and pay UPS an additional $35.23 to return the package.
The package arrived on Thursday 11/10, but I still haven't received a credit for the purchase.
