Sent order in for 208.00 for radio kits, 2 months later still waiting Ripoff

Hello

Found Free Radio Berkeley on the internet and considered placing an kit order with them. Called Steven Dunifer and told him what I was wanting. Steve states that the order would come to 208.00 so I sent him a Westen Union Money order for the amount on 8-20-05 and according to my resords was cashed on 08-24-05. Sent e-mails to verify the order. Steve would not respond.

Finally had two phone conversations with Steve where he said the first time that the order was leaving on a Friday 10-71-05, never got the order then the second conversation, Steve says that the order was going out on Monday 10-24-05...

Still waiting on the order as of 11-03-05
