We placed an order for $1,700 worth of organic food with Steve Billings from Nature's Prime (or Naturally Prime) in August. Although we were told our food would be received within two weeks, here we are four months later, and we have yet to see a single morsel of food.
We have placed so many calls into Steve and his staff, it is beyond ridiculous. On the very few times we have been able to talk to Steve, he has given us various excuses as to why he has not been able to fulfill the order we placed. The usual line we hear from Steve is that his daughter is in the hospital due to a hole in her heart.
While we initially felt bad for Steve, we quickly realized this was nothing more than a ploy used by Steve to deflect the situation at hand. If Steve gives you any line about "Dead grandmothers" which another friend of mine that was scammed by Steve was told, or "Daughter's in the hospital", don't believe it!
At this point, we have exhausted all reasonable means to resolve the situation, and have resorted to filing a complaint in small claims court. As things progress with our case, we will keep everyone posted.
Please DO NOT do any business with Steve Billings, Nature's Prime, or Naturally Prime. He is nothing more than a scam artist, and has no interest in doing anything other than stealing your money.
