Ripoff, steals system from me and gives to anothe

I had directv about 2 yrs ago, they took my system and tranfered it to my wifes name at the time.

I got divorced... Got directv again, had it put in for my kids... And they transferred it again into my ex wifes name, in the customer agreement it states that they cant transfer accounts into someone elses name unless there is civil action, divorce pending, or court action takes place...

None of this happened, i was already divorced, and they transferred it anyways.

I called directv to see if i could get my account back...
They told me nope, have to get a new account and pay 150 plus 19.99 for shipping and handling.

I have receipts from where i paid for my 2nd directv account. I paid with a credit card of mine.

Now they want me to pay 150 deposit, and 20 shipping and handling charges.

What can i do? I thought about sueing them... Is this an option?
