I used a promotional offer from Direct4u, when I ordered, which I received in the mail. The offer was for either a DVD Player, or a Target credit card. When a man named Jay installed the service, he gave me a form to fill out and send in with my first bill. He did not make it clear where I was supposed to mail the form to, so I mailed the form in with my first payment, to DIRECTTV. I received the form back from your company with the address I was supposed to send it to, which I remailed it to that Address and as of this date, I have not had a reply from the address, that you underlined on the form. So would you please let me know what else to do, or was it just a rip off offer???
