The first thing I would like to say to potential future customers is: Stay away from this fraudulent internet merchant (and their aliases) and do not do business with them at all cost if you value your time and money.

My experience: This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Three weeks ago, I purchased a receiver from their site because they had offered a reasonably low price on the product I was interested in. Prior to placing my order, I have researched the company's web site which seemed legitimate and credible. I also read customer reviews about the company and most were positive but in hindsight, I think these so called "positive reviews" are fake and possibly written by their own employees so that they could get a better rating on the web. Had I done more background research prior to dealing with this fraudulent company, I wouldn't be in the predicament I'm in.

So, I placed my order for a receiver and within minutes I got a confirmation # for the order in my email. I also paid for "next day air" shipping because I needed the component right away. All was well so far until the next day when the status of my order did not change from their website. I also did not get any tracking number in my email when I should've had it by then. Remember, I opted for "Next Day Air".

I promptly called the customer service number to inquire about the status of my order and asked to be provided with a tracking number. It took me 20 minutes to get through and when I finally did, the guy I talked to (Elliot) was rather rude and said it the order had been shipped but could not provide me with a tracking number.

A week later, order hasn't arrived yet so I called the company again and the second guy I talked to (Jeffrey) also said the order has shipped but strangely could not provide me with a tracking number either. He told me "possibly tomorrow. "Hmmm. Two more days pass and I still didn't receive tracking number or update on the status of my order in my email. At this point I started to worry.

Called company back and couldn't get through at first. I then finally get a hold of someone who told me the order has NOT shipped at all and it wasn't IN STOCK even though it WAS in stock at the time I placed the order. This man also proceeded to sell me insurance on the equipment and when I refused his offer, he rudely hung-up on me. I called back and could not get anyone to answer the phone.

At this point I was already very angry so the next day I called the company to cancel my order. The person I talked to this time told me that I couldn't cancel the order because it was already shipped! I told him that I was told the item wasn't IN STOCK so there's no way it was shipped and he immediately hung up on me. To this day (3 wks later), further attempts to contact them proved fruitless as no one would pick up the phone. My order has not arrived and I have not received any tracking number of any sort.

I have taken this matter to my credit card company to dispute the charges as I have found out that they also charged my credit card on the day of purchase which was for $683 even though their website stated that credit card will not be charged until order is shipped.

Also, further research revealed negative comments about this company. The customers who've dealt with them went through the same thing (and worse) that I went through. I feel there is not enough exposure about fraudulent companies like these, alloweing them to continue their fraudulent businesses. BUYERS BEWARE and do your homework thoroughly.
This company needs to be put out of business for good.
