Nothing but a bunch of theives. They admit to overcharging me $171.62 but will not refund my money. I have called every month since August request a refund but just keep being told that the only contact information customer service has for the refund department is an e-mail address and that they keep forwarding my complaint to the refund department. NO RESULTs is forthcoming.
I have asked to speak with a supervisor only to be told that I cannot. I have asked for the e-mail address for the refund department only to be told that they cannot give it out. I have been nice, nasty and downright rude but nothing helps.
I have threatened to report MCI Worldcom to the attorney general, the better business bureau and Channel 2 - Detroit, Hall of Shame. I was told to do what I felt I had to do but that it wouldn't make anything happen any faster.
I am at my witts end. I have asked what I should do next. I was told that I should inform MCI Worldcom Wireless that they can keep my money. I REFUSE TO DO THIS.
