I called to have my 43" hati fixed. I spoke with someone that was hard to understand. A repairman came out and looked and said I needed a lens. That was back in June o5. I called again. They said they were waiting for approval. They connected me to the so called cooperate office where I would get the approval. Twice I was sent to non existing and cut off. I sent and e-mail and it was returned with a apology and a number and it told me to ask for the manager.
I called and asked another hard to understand Indian put me Through the ringer with hold ons and please hold the line and finally put me in touch with supposedly the cooperate office.By the way I asked for the number for the cooperate office and they said they could only put me in touch. I was put in touch to a recording that played for and I am not exaggerating one hour. I just called today to make another service call. I was told that it was now under the service center warranty and to call them. I told them I didn't have a contract with the service center I had it with circuit city and for them to set up what had to be done. Another appointment was made I was given a HR506210090 number and the phone number of of the service center 1-800-448-3997 and was told they would get back to me in two work-in days. I have yet to speak with a English speaking person I think the calls are rerouted to India.
