I recently won an auction on liquidation.com for 10 new digital cameras. Upon receipt, I noticed that one was used, probably a return from one of their customers. Mistakes happen, so I contacted the company to resolve. I was told to ship it to them and they would send me a replacement. That was fine with me.
I shipped it prepaid, and even included a prepaid Fed Ex return label. Awful nice of me since it was their mistake. After one month, two emails, and no camera, I was told that "it was shipped, you didn't get it yet? What is your address again so we can track it?". Then I replied and asked if they could provide a tracking number. That was the last I heard from them. Now my emails are ignored. I provided proof of delivery for my return via Fed Ex, tracking number 6020 3939 7880. My prepaid label that I sent them was never used according to Fed Ex.
It's not a lot of money, but be aware: watch out on WORLDTRADING23.com, or on Liquidation.com using the username/alias of WORLDEXPORT. The domain name registration for worldtrading23.com is private and contains no contact information, except for the proxy company in Arizona.
