Cingular gives free LG phones with new service. What they don't tell you is that the reception is horrible. If you don't return the phones within 30 days, you have to pay the full price for a better phone. I've contacted everyone I know and they tell me that until I get within 2 months of my contract ending I have to pay the ballooned price for a phone that works.
