Rip off!
Ordered Nikon 5900 digital camera for $219. Online. Received email next day to call and confirm order. When I called, they said this camera is the Overseas model, with disposable battery and therefore no charger. Batteries offered were 2hr 4hr 6hr for $69, $99, $119 after instant $50 rebate.
I said no thanks, and cancel my order, thinking Id shop some more to see whats up with the disposable battery thing. The next day I had a charge of $423 on my AMEX. I called them back, and they said I ordered the battery, and memory. I said no, they said YES I DID! I said cancel, they said Why? I said just cancel. They said it was already shipped.
Transfered me to cust svc, and was on hold for over 1 hr. Have been trying for days to get thru. Cust svc hrs noted are not factual. The hours are 11 am EST, to 12 est. If you are lucky.
I have disputed the charge and filed complaint with BBB.org. Do not buy from these people. They are also very rude, and profane.
