They sent me the wrong phone and customer service computer was unable to correct the order.
On the third day of my "15 day trial" period. I called cust service to report poor/unacceptable audio quality.
Their response was to tell me their computer "BACKDATED"
my start date and my fifteen day trial started the day I first called them. They then threatened me that I was in a two year commitment and they would sue me for the early cancellation fee if I didn't comply.
I then ported my # back to my previous service.
I then noticed a bill for $265 dollars in the mail.
Called and reminded them of their Satisfaction Guarantee policy that I would only be liable for time used and porting cost. Also that the fifteen day trial is FCC rule starting at the time the phone is activated by the customer.
I now get daily calls from their Financial Services Goons
asking me when I am going to pay them $4o dollars.
After seven days I have yet to receive a bill in the mail. They will sometimes call me several times a day.
Five times I have walked into a Verizon store only to leave frustrated and accomplishing nothing.
I will never do any business with these Verizon idiots.
