Ripoff inaccurate dishonest fraudulent software rebate

I bought a camcoder from the above company, and it had a rebate of 99.99 $ in software. The company sent me the software but the true value of it was 17.12 $ (I found this out calling them to order the above software). Then I called them to hear an explanation (called them 6 times during 4 months). I'm still waiting for their "explanation".
