I ordered a panasonic DVD player on 5/23/05-shipping was free
on 6/6/05 [two weeks later] i was told that they did not have the model that i wanted and suggested i get a sony. However, I check consumer reports out and they recommended Panasonic so i settled for a cheaper panasonic model by $17.50.
We agreed that they would RUSH the dvd player and rather than refund the $17.50 use it for postage. But then i get an e-mail that i was charged an additional $3.00. I can expected in on 6/13/05. It isn't just the money and the inconvience—their business practices leave much to be desired.
I wish now i had just gone out a bought one at a store&at least i would be seeing movies now!
