I order an expensive Nikon digital camera from this company - I should have been suspicious since the price was $100.00 below anyone else. Two days later, I get email from "Chris" in customer service to call him, which I did. With out so much as a howdy-do, he proceeded to ask me all sorts of questions about my photography habits, which I refused to answer. When I asked him the purpose of his request I call him, he replied "To confirm the order." I told him the order was correct and was there anything else? He replied, "You're rude, and you have an attitude and what's the problem with answering my questions!?" I told him he was wasting my time, upon which he begain berating and abusing me me for my bad attitude. I hung up.
Of course, he cancelled my order without telling me.
It's just as well, I don't think they could have delivered the camera for that price anyway. Imagine, a customer abuse department - they have one!
