I received notification that good shipment was pending for payment of equipment and shipping and handling fees for a Nippon 35MM Focus Free Camera that I did not order. The notice requested payment for equipment in the amount of $16.79 along with insured shipping and handling of $3.00 total $19.79. The notice showed No. 12564810 and a record locator number of 1003MW5.
