Central clearing house company is saying i must mail them payment of $16.78 for a nippon 35mm focus camera in witch i have never ordered our heard of this place before. On front of mail says $2000.00 fine or 8 years imprison

I have recieved mail from dmi aka central clearing house in tx about they need total payment of $16.78 for a nippon 35mm camera in witch i have never heard of our never orderd from, this is another scam from someone who is trying to take peoples money, the mail states this is a urgent notice to advise you that upon receipt of payment and authorization, the following goods will be shipped to you with your total payment. I have been ripped off before in the past i will not fall for it again.
