Unsolicited nippon camera award-just send postage and handling-afraid to respond due to consumer complaintss

I recently received notification of an award of a Nippon camera if I submitted $14.78 postage and handling. Due to the numerous consumer complaintss involving DMI I am reluctant to reply. Central Clearing House is supposedly holding the camera but remittance is to be sent to DMI. I would like to know how I can get Central Clearing House to verify that they, in fact, have the camera awaiting shipment.
