Bought computer part and installed myself. Computer would not funtion after loading the software.
Demanded more money to check out computer and then wanted more money to repair.
I removed computer part and returned it to Best Buy and was told a credit would be issued to credit card but documentation and sales slip were not returned to me at that time.
After two billing cycles the credit has not appeared and when I called they insisted I bring them documentation, which they kept, in to store to straighten out.
This was a $55.00 lesson that I should never do business with Best Buy Stores ever again.
