I was mugged. I was seriously injured.
My phone was damaged in the process.
Neither Samsung or three will help me.
They say that it was willful damage. This is not the case.
I have a police report and a crime number.
My phone is still under warranty. They say I need to pay £ 130
To fix it. I can't pay in one go as I am severely disabled and seriously ill.
I live on benefits. To pay this means that I have to starve for two weeks.
This will probably kill me as I am diabetic. I am very distressed by this.
