Ripoff fraud cashed $5100 check and are now out of business

I stupidly sent them a personal check for $5,100 for a pair of Snell speakers. After several months of trying to get a refund, learned last week that they have filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy proceedings.

I would like to press charges for Mail Fraud. Anybody else interested in joining me. Or if you already have something in process can I join you? I would like to see them go to jail since I will never see my money.
This is a crime!!!
