Three months ago I placed an order for some high-end home theater equipment including a DLP projector, audio amp, DVD player, screen and speakers - over $20,000.00 worth. Stupidly I wired them the funds for my order immediately as I was told equipment would ship winthin a couple of weeks. Three months later I have gotten NOTHING - not a single part of my order.
Downtown Audio has stopped responding to my emails nor my refund request and I have forced to retain an attorney to attempt to get my money back. Anyone would be a fool (as I was) to deal with this company.
