I buy this product and it never work. Call the customer service after 1 hr. (really) of holding call they pick up my call and promise me that they will send service person. But no body is there at the time promised. Call again and again 1 hr. Waiting then the person told me that they have no option to send any one at my home. (Crap customer service doesn’t know). Then I got a call from Technical Expert and she told me that my Netflix dongle is faulty and I have to fill some details and send it to [email protected]. I fill that details and send to the said person. Again didn’t hear anything from them for atleast 5 days. Then I email again to check my status and got revert email asking to send the Netflix dongle to them by post at my own cost (really crazy why I will spend $30 more to send the device to there office in US without my fault). I ask to return my money they said check it with the guys from where I buy it. But Future shop not returning it back as there 30 days money back policy. Still after more than 2 months no service no money back. Just stuck.
So this is my personal opinion never buy this piece of junk as home phone is one of the important thing in your house and there customer support is too bad as I explained before.
I give them negative starts if I can.
