I wanted to contact netflix customer service to complain about the large number of DVDs I receive from them that skip during play due to their being worn out. I found that I can no longer reach customer service via emaial, and was forced to call an 800 number and wait 15 min for a person to talk to. After a few minutes with the customer service rep and "beeping" starts, that gets louder and more frequent rapidly, indicating your time with the customer service person is about to expire. So you can't complete your call without being driven off the phone by the beeping.
