After 6 months, the TV failed to turn on. Coby offered me a new TV. They failed to tell me that it would be available at a warehouse. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called them only to find out that it was sitting at the warehouse waiting for pick up. Seven months later, the new TV had the same problem. Since the Warranty had expired after a year, the company refused to take responsibility for the TV. I was forced to purchase a new TV - definitely NOT a Coby. I recommend that you AVOID Coby at all costs and buy from a more reputable manufacturer.
