On December 23rd I used circuitycity.com to purchase a DVD player with the option of In-store pickup since it was stated as available for local pickup. I completed the payment and received a confirmation e-mail stating the order was ready and can be picked-up at any time. This morning, I get a call from the store saying the merchindise is no longer available and if I would like to receive a refund. Answering 'yes' I would like a refund, I was then told I would have to come into the store to do so. No wonder my state is taking Circuit City to court over unfair business practices.
