I purchased a Vizio 37" from their website in November. Because we were in the middle of renovations, I did not open the box and set it up until December. It was missing the screws, remote batteries and manual. When they finally sent me the screws to attach the base to the TV, I plugged the item in and it was completely defective. Vizio will not adress the issue. They claim I should have contacted them sooner. Upon visiting a friend yesterday, I discovered, as she opened her new Vizio, that mine did not have ANY of the protective foam nor coverings that hers had. Obviously, mine had been returned as defective and then shipped out again as a new sale. I have reversed the charge with AMex and reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
