When i first signed up with worldcom wireless i was told that i would have voice mail with my account. When i got the phone and called to set it up i was told that is was not avaible in my area yet and soon would be. Six months later i still do not have voice mail.
I called the company i was on hold for a hour. When my call was finally answered i was transfered to three diffrent people. One of the reps, told me that they had no record of my cell number, and asked several times if i am sure that was my number and if i had been receiving bills on the account. After i had assured her that it was my account number she transfered me to someone else. I was then put on hold again for 30 min.
