Hi. My name is Emanuil Agarunov. I have problems with a WorldCom Wireless since the first day. First of all they forgot to activate my cell phone when I bought it. I was fighting with them for 3 weeks. Finally it started to work. While I was fighting with them, one idiot from customer service opened an account for me and another representative. So, I was receiving 2 bills with different account numbers. I called them few days ago to find out what is going on with my account. I was on hold for 1 hour first time then got disconnected and second time on hold for 1 hour. Customer Rep. Closed second account for me and transferred all money to first. So now my cell phone is not working at all. I called them 5 times already in 3 days. Same story everyday, your cell phone will be reactivated in 24 hours. The best part is that customer service doesn't know why my cell phone is not working and why my account is closed. I bought this cell phone for my girlfriend and now I feel stupid. Please help me.
