Wrong item and No way to charge

I've never had a problem with this site before, until now. I ordered a "Google" tablet from their site in November. When it arrived it wasn't a google, but some off brand that I never heard of. Since I didn't pay much for it, I decided to hold onto it and give it to my sister as Christmas gift. Well, this Christmas "gift" was opened yesterday for the first time. My sister called because there is no way to charge the tablet because it came with a EUROPEAN plug. They will not allow me to exchange it because its been over 30 days since purchase. Now we're stuck it
