To start I would like to say the commercials are so not in the holiday spirit and I have spoken to many people who will not shop at Best Buy because of the commercials!!! Next I have had the unfortunate experience of trying to deal with their customer service regarding a warranty that should be covered by Geek Squad, again complete run around everyone gives you a different story and it took a month and numerous phone calls of which you are on hold for atleast 45 minutes every time, just for them to tell me to bring it back to the store and they will exchange it!!! Just horrible!!!
