I ordered an extra base for the carseat november 18. I ordered it in store because the closest babies r us store is much further away. So the lady done it a certain way so i could use my coupon and get free shipping straight to my HOUSE!!! I was told by 3 people it will be shipped to my house! Well last week 3 weeks after i ordered it, i recieved a phone call asking how my order went and if i was satisfied. I stated i never recieved it. She said I see that now. All you have to do is bring your receipt up here and pick it up. Well then I stated it was suppose to be shipped straight to my house and she agreed. She said she would straighten it out and get right back with me. Well it's had been a week since I heard from her so I called up to the store and was on and off hold for about 45 mins until a manager gets on the phone saying it can't be shipped to my house unless I pay shipping. I'm being induced next week and need my base. Plus I can't drive now and they want to lie about their mistake! This is the toys r us in anderson sc and I have bought all my babies stuff from them. Probably well over 1500 dollars. Needless to say they have lost my respect and business. I hate it for them over a few people's ignorance and I know one person will not really effect their sales but I am just disgusted. So now either I have to find a way up there and get it or go get my money back. Either way I hope they let my husband pick it up because I am not setting foot back in that store and I told the manager that. She seemed to not care that much.
