I talked with a representative from this prep center about the SAT and ACT on May the 25 for my son and she convinced me to try out their product with a 30 day money back guarantee saying that they would not charge my card but would put a $249 hold on it and if I had not canceled within the 30 days they would receive the money.instead of the money being put on hold they received those funds from my account the next day. Before the 30 days were up I called them to cancel and ask for my refund. I returned their product within the 30 day time frame and was told that it would take 20 business days for the money to be returned to my card which should have been the last week of July. After countless calls to their call center I spoke with two people one named Heather and the other Christine.in August Heather said that my money was set to be placed back on my card on the 2nd of August or within 7 business days and no money has been refunded as of this day October 1. Christine had no answers for me either saying that the tech. Department was not in. Also, when question Heather about my refund today she hung up the phone.
