I ordered a purse from Lushbags on March 18.in June the handles began to tear away from the bag. I contacted Lushbags via email and received a pleasant response that they would replace my bag if I sent verification of my purchase. I quickly sent the requested information in and requested an address to send the damaged bag.
After 3 days I emailed with no response I emailed them again and informed them that I was waiting on their response. The response I got was they were not going to exchange my bag because it was too old. I resent them the email proving to them that they said they would exchange my bag and from that day forward I get no response and I email them weekly.
My Opinion of LUSHBAGS is crooked and dishonest not to mention horrible customer service.
