I went online to look at credit card options and did not agree. I deleted my information, and later found that they were charging my account anyway. I have yet to receive any card, but money is being taken from my account twice a month. 159.00, then 29.95 twice amonth. For what? I ask and they say I signed up and I get no refund.
The info which I did not agree with said that $59.00 was non refundable, and 100.00 would go on the account. The terms never said 29.95 would be charged to my account 2X per month! If I signed up, where is the card? There really should be something to protect consumers online. I have contacted my bank, and fortunately they are going to cooperate and file disputes.
