OnRebate.com is useless, and probably intentionally so. They have never, not once, in 6 rebates, ever, gotten me an email with my confirmation. I have had to email and request it each time. It seems that it takes anywhere from 3 days to over a week to get a reply.
I just spoke with Elizabeth, who is the "supervisor" and has "nobody above" her. She apparently answers all the emails as well as being a supervisor. She claims that since she answer the emails she knows that they are answered in 24 hours. However, when I pointed out that my email to them (in the latest FIASCO of 6) was sent on 9/16 and they replied on 9/26 she immediately tried to change the subject and get off the phone.
I have every bit of their egregious conduct documented. I've contacted the manufacturers that participate with OnRebate.com and I'm ready to turn it all over to the state of california attorney general's office. They are very aggressive. I'll participate in any lawsuit, and help anybody with any plan to get these clowns out of business, or doing business ethically.
