I have had the same nightmare and it is not over yet. I lost my home 1/14/05 because of these people and I now have no way of getting another home for me and my children due to the fact that Ocwen has ruined my credit.
I also had a lawyer and nothing happened. The only way to stop these people temporarily is to get a federal judge to sign a federal injuction and this will stall a foreclosure but will not completely stop it.
I sure hope somebody out there will help us stop this. I have lost everything and I want to stop this from happening to others.
