On August 11. There was an unathorized $87.00 check paid from my checking account. I did not notice the withdrawal until my bank sent me a letter for insufficent funds. I immediatley contacted my bank, and questioned them. Neither me or my husband had ever heard of Prime Benefits. My bank, unfortunately was not a great help. They told me there was nothing they could do. I was to contact the company myself with the phone number that was on the unathorized check. When I called the phone number (800)-862-2027 it was an access number for AT&T. I was not able to question a representative. My bank after much arguing and finding this website, refunded me the money and said they would take care of the issue from the bank the check came from. I was very happy to find this website. This website forced my bank to help me with this issue. I hope this company can be forced to pay for their actions.
